These terms govern purchases from Sabine Klein. The seller's details are in the Imprint.
Every piece offered is an original, one-of-a-kind work. Each is sold only once. Dimensions are listed in centimetres (with inches shown for reference). Colours may appear slightly different between screens and the physical work.
Prices are set in Swiss francs (CHF). Prices shown in EUR or USD are converted at a recent daily exchange rate and rounded up to the nearest whole unit; the CHF amount is the reference price. Delivery is included in the displayed price unless stated otherwise.

Adding a piece to your cart reserves it for a limited time so others cannot buy it while you check out. A reservation does not complete the sale; the sale completes only when payment is confirmed. If payment is not completed, the reservation expires and the piece returns to the catalogue.
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the work, without giving a reason. To exercise it, notify us by email at reinhard.holy@gmail.com within that period.
On valid withdrawal we refund the purchase price. You must return the work promptly and in its original condition. You bear the direct cost of returning the work. We may withhold the refund until the work is received back, or until you provide proof it has been sent.
We pack works carefully and ship to the address you provide. Delivery times vary by destination. Risk passes to you on delivery.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Beyond that, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the work.
