Who is responsible

What we collect and why

We collect only what we need to run the shop:

• Account: your email, name, and a securely hashed password, to let you sign in and buy.
• Orders: the works you buy, the price charged, and your shipping address, to fulfil and account for the sale.
• Newsletter: your email, if you subscribe, until you unsubscribe.
• Contact messages: what you send us via the contact form, to reply.
• Technical: basic request data needed for security and to prevent abuse.

Payments

Payments are handled by our payment provider. We do not store your card or payment-account details on this site.

Email delivery

Transactional and newsletter emails are sent through an email service provider acting on our behalf.

Analytics

How long we keep data

We keep account and order data for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal/accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise it.
